BLOODTHORN - In the Shadow of Your Black Wings |
|
Emerging from the very competitive Black Metal capital of the world is Norwegian Bloodthorn. This is their debut of melodic Black Metal released under France's Seasons of Mist. Boosting an excellent packaging with crude artwork (looking like Conan the Destroyer) and a good sound, the album's sales shouldn't be a problem . Music wise, Bloodthorn seems to be emphasising a great deal on their keyboard creativity and letting the guitars play second fiddle at times. Haunting female vocals have been incorporated also into this too lengthy album |

coming close to an hour. Anyway, the clip which I have uploaded is one of my favourites from the album, showcasing the excellent angelic vocals which no doubt makes you wonder about the female of the species. But enough of that, this album is pretty decent stuff and is definitely worth a listen despite it being too lengthy.
House Recommendations : Not too bad
